Brian Blackwell has over 20 plus years experience and started this business based on the small hometown working class values of hard work, honesty and fairness he grew up with in the Upstate New York city of Norwich. The son of a retired New York State Police trooper and Korean War veteran, Brian Blackwell is a licensed investigator and veteran having honorably served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army and as a petty officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
